Anyone have advice regarding the best cruise lines for a family vacation.?

I am looking for a excellent deal on cruises. I heard Norwiegen is a excellent cruise becasue of the freestyle cruising. I will probably bring my young kids 3 and 4. Any cruises have babysitting, does it cost extra? Are meals includes with the price?

ive been on 3 or four cruises and im 13 and idnt reckon the baby sitting is free royale caribeian is the best and you can leave your kids in a club designed for here ages and they have tracking devices if they walk out the door they buzz.and the food comes with the pacage
